Situated in a high-density commercial area, the Promenade project involves the upgradation of sanitary and storm sewer systems as well as watermain infrastructure. The scope also includes road construction and bypass pumping to maintain continuous service throughout construction. Working within a constrained and active environment, KAPP is leveraging careful staging, advanced planning, and technical expertise to minimize disruption while delivering critical infrastructure upgrades that support ongoing redevelopment in the area.
