Project details
The project scope consisted of road construction along a multi-lane arterial roadway, together with the installation and replacement of watermain, storm, and sanitary sewer infrastructure. The works also included the realignment of the Sixteen Mile Creek Tributary, construction of natural habitat features, and construction and replacement of bridge/culvert structures. The project was delivered under challenging soil and groundwater conditions, requiring careful excavation planning, dewatering management, and appropriate erosion and sediment control measures. The combination of roadway, underground servicing, structural, and watercourse-related works required detailed staging, environmental coordination, and close management of constructability constraints throughout construction.
