The Mayfield West Developments project is one of KAPP’s many private site servicing, trunk watermain and transmission sewer projects for a housing development. KAPP provides all road works, sewers, watermain, water retention ponds, and culverts. With this project, KAPP also returned after housing construction to complete all remaining components of the residential roads, intersections, and streetscaping within the development.
